Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the pizq platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and pizq.

2. The Platform

pizq provides a cloud-based algorithmic trading platform offering strategy development tools, backtesting infrastructure, live broker connectivity, AI-powered analysis, and market data services. The Platform is accessible at aiquant.pizq.com.

pizq is a software provider, not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial intermediary. We do not execute trades on your behalf. All trades are executed through your connected broker account, which is governed by your separate agreement with that broker.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• You understand the risks associated with algorithmic trading (see Risk Disclosure)

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Each account is for individual use unless you have a Custom tier agreement permitting team access. You may not transfer your account to another person.

5. Your Strategies and Data

You retain full ownership of all trading strategies, algorithms, and files you create or upload to the Platform. pizq does not claim ownership of your intellectual property. We store your files to provide the service, not to use them for any other purpose.

You are solely responsible for the behaviour of strategies you deploy in live trading. pizq accepts no liability for losses arising from strategy execution, including losses caused by bugs, unintended behaviour, or adverse market conditions.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform to:

• Engage in market manipulation, spoofing, layering, or any activity prohibited by applicable securities law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or other users' data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Platform access without a Custom tier agreement
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically on the same day each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' written notice. Price changes do not apply retroactively to the current billing period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We generally do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods.

8. Availability and Service Levels

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pizq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
